Wolters Kluwer Financial Services Joins NIADA National Member Benefit Partnership Program
MINNEAPOLIS – June 6, 2011 – Wolters Kluwer Financial Services announced today that it has joined the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association’s (NIADA’s) National Member Benefit Partnership Program to provide even more independent auto dealers with access to its Indirect Lending solutions. Through the program, NIADA provides its members with highly vetted strategic partners providing leading-edge solutions and services.
As part of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ new relationship with NIADA, the organization’s members will have access to AppOne®, the company’s web-based lending platform that connects independent auto dealers with lenders. AppOne automates the credit approval, documentation and risk mitigation processes for dealers and lenders.
“Our members more than ever need resources to help balance regulatory demands and the business needs of their dealerships,” said Scott Lilja, vice president of member services for NIADA. “We are pleased to offer the members of NIADA the opportunity to expand their access to financing sources and efficiently manage their compliance risk via our new National Member Benefit relationship with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.”
“NIADA is a well-established and respected organization, and we are pleased to be able to participate in its National Member Benefit Partnership Program,” said Jason Marx, vice president and general manager of Mortgage and Indirect Lending for Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. “We look forward to helping NIADA members expand their financing options and simplify their lending and compliance processes so they can devote more time and resources toward building their business.”
Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Indirect Lending business unit offers compliance documentation and customizable tools that help the indirect lending market address regulatory requirements and mitigate risk. In addition to AppOne, these tools include Bankers Systems® retail installment contracts; CompliSource, a web-based tool that helps BHPH dealers and lenders manage state law compliance; and DocOne®, a document engine and compliance validation tool that enables dealers and/or lenders to print loan documents from a standard color laser printer.
