Wolters Kluwer Financial Services Publishes its First FINRA Manual

WALTHAM , Mass. – Sept. 30, 2008 – Wolters Kluwer Financial Services announced today the availability of its first edition of the “Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Manual,” in paperback. The book is the first printed manual to be issued using the FINRA name and is only available through Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ FINRA Manual contains the rules governing FINRA members, including NASD Rules, the Incorporated NYSE Rules, related SEC Rules and Regulation T, as of June 30, 2008. Using the Manual, securities professionals have an accurate and reliable source of information at their fingertips, helping them to resolve compliance issues easily and effectively.

“The Manual provides a convenient and easy way for registered securities representatives and compliance and legal professionals to reference any FINRA rule whenever a regulatory question comes up—whether it’s related to conduct, the marketplace or procedures,” said Mark Coronna, executive vice president of Securities and Insurance at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. “If securities professionals can find accurate information in an efficient way, they can reduce the amount of time spent on compliance issues, and ultimately, better serve their clients.”
