John Bryant
Vice President of Corporate Development

John Bryant is vice president of Corporate Development for Wolters Kluwer Financial & Compliance Services and interim General Manager for Axentis, where he is responsible for the coordination and collaboration of account management strategies across the division’s business units. He reports directly to the chief executive officer of Wolters Kluwer Financial & Compliance Services.

Bryant has more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership. Most recently, he was vice president of Sales for Lifetouch National Schools Studios, the largest division within Lifetouch, Inc., the world’s leading photography company. He began the role in 2007 and was responsible for growing the U.S. Schools unit where he led a team of over 3,000 people including regional sales directors, territory managers, sales representatives, photographers and operations personnel.

Prior to that, he was executive vice president, Banking, at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, where he led the Sales and Marketing areas for the Banking unit. Before that, he was with Bankers Systems, which was acquired by Wolters Kluwer Financial Services in 1999, where he held several executive roles, including vice president, Sales and Advertising, vice president, Marketing and Acquisitions and vice president, National Markets.

Bryant holds M.B.A degrees in business and finance from University of Minnesota and a bachelor of science from Cornell College.
